  • Lead creative services, technical strategy, product development, and implementation for clients ranging from nonprofits and local businesses to academic medical centers.
  • Work spans interactive healthcare decision support, web and identity design, UX/UI, technical and research writing, content, training, secure data workflows, and hands-on technology support.
  • Translate between client, research, design, and technical requirements to move projects from problem definition through delivery and maintenance.

The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy & Clinical Practice

IT Support Manager

  • Provided first-, second-, and third-tier support for 300+ faculty, staff, students, and emeriti in an academic research environment.
  • Created a private cloud infrastructure with two-factor authentication for 400 users, alongside authenticated video services and research-unit websites.
  • Improved equipment requisitioning, onboarding, and internal service processes; created tutorials and training that reduced recurring support load.

Dartmouth Psychiatric Research Center

Web Developer

  • Led quality assurance testing and user support for five enterprise websites and led the graphic and code redesign of the center website.
  • Created interface mockups for research and training initiatives.
  • Built an intranet project-management and issue-tracking system using Windows Server, SharePoint, SQL, and Project Server integration.

Dartmouth College

Student IT Services & Public Computing Manager

  • Recruited, trained, and supervised 12–15 student employees annually supporting a community of 6,000+ students.
  • Provided hands-on support across roughly 5,000 cases per year.
  • Created and maintained a custom computer-imaging workflow credited with saving approximately 20,000 FTE hours per year and developed training for nontechnical hires.

Keane, Inc.

IT Manager · Application Administrator · Technical Writer · Trainer · Analyst

  • Served as sole IT support for 180 users across four offices; led office technology buildouts, maintained servers, VPN, Wi-Fi, and supported remote infrastructure across 40+ offices.
  • Led a Y2K testing and migration project that reduced a recurring SQL process from five hours to 15 minutes.
  • Wrote and designed a user manual and led training for a new sales system across 13 offices; also worked on a four-person team supporting 11,000 users and 20,000 devices.
